Building
The building market is currently our main focus with a category 5 rating and our intention to achieve category 3 rating by the end of 2022. We are targeting increasing our pipeline from 30 Million EGP in 2021 to 100 Million EGP in 2022.
ElectroMechanical
We are currently rated as a category 6 Electromechanical construction company but we have a target of achieving category 4 status by the end of 2022 with an expected project pipeline of EGP 35,000,000.
Water Construction
We are currently a category 7 water contractor but we aim to achieve category 5 by the end of 2022. This is one of the hottest segments of the construction industry in Egypt and we intend to expand greatly in it within the next 5 years while plans are also in place to set up a stations management division.
Renewable Energy
We have two goals in this industry. First, to gradually become a category 1 Solar contractor by the year 2026. Second, we aim to develop our own solar assets with the first project, in the design phase now, targeted to come online November 2022 with investments of EGP 3,000,000
OUR VISION
We envision our company as a leader in sustainable and responsible development. We plan to become one of Egypt's biggest construction companies, yet we plan on doing that in a responsible way, taking into account our environmental impact and the communities we work with.
We aim to be one of Egypt's full-service construction firms by the year 2026. We are targeting several different projects in Egypt's Nile Delta cities, the North Coast, Red sea resort towns & Cairo. We are currently focused on building projects, water/wastewater projects and electro-mechanical projects while also targeting developing several solar power plants in different areas of the country with a goal of reaching 1MW of installed power by the year 2024.
We aim to be one of Egypt's truly full-service construction firms by investing in different sectors of the construction industry including, but not limited to, an aluminum fabrication facility, an HVAC duct fabrication facility, a wood fabrication facility, ready-mix concrete plants and firefighting solutions.
